Amine Atmani

I design the way an organization starts to run differently once AI agents take on roles within it — and I implement it.

What interests me is the level above the technology: not "which model" or "which demo", but how a company or a public body organizes, decides and produces once agents work within it. That is where the real questions play out, and it is what I talk about here.

I work on both design and production: operational agents with bounded missions and agentic organizations that hold at scale. All of it under strong constraints — sovereignty, GDPR, AI Act, DORA — which I treat as design parameters.

The framework. An operational agent is a software actor assigned a mission, an identity, bounded authority, a human owner, and a lifecycle. The point is not to personify software, but to organize and govern its capacity to act.Read the first article.
